Manufacturing
All products are made to order.
How long will my order take to manufacture?
Digilegs, components & accessories: up to 10 working days (Mon–Fri).
Monster Legs, Monster Feet, Arm X-tensions & Headmount: up to 10 working days.
If urgent, contact digilegs@area51.co before ordering to check expedited options.
Shipping
Shipping begins once manufacturing is complete.
How long will shipping take?
- UK Mainland: approx. 2 working days
- Europe: approx. 3 working days
- USA: approx. 3–5 working days
- Rest of World: approx. 5–7 working days
Customs duties and taxes outside the UK are the customer’s responsibility. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Which couriers do you use?
International orders typically ship via UPS, DPD or DHL depending on destination.
Sizing Queries
Measure carefully. Your measurements are the final reference.
What size do I need?
- Two height ranges (Shorter Range & Taller Range)
- Three calf sizes (Small, Medium, Large)
All calf sizes are compatible with both height ranges.
How do I measure what size I need?
Height: Measure from the centre of the ankle bone to the centre of the knee (side view).
Calf: Measure around the widest part of the calf (4–6 inches below the knee).
My measurements fall between two sizes. What should I pick?
- Between height sizes → Choose the shorter option
- Between calf sizes → Choose the larger calf size
My measurements don’t match any size. Can you still make a pair?
Yes. If outside our standard range or exceeding weight limits, contact us for a custom-made pair.
Weight limits:
- Digilegs and Monster Legs Heavy Duty: 350 lbs
- Digilegs and Monster Legs Standard addition/ Monster feet Feet: 250 lbs
I am under 18. Can I use Digilegs or Monster Legs?
Contact us before purchasing if under 18 so we can verify additional measurements.
- You may outgrow your stilts
- Muscle strength must be considered
- Not recommended for anyone under 13 years old

How easy are they to walk in?
Adaptation varies. Some users adjust immediately; others require practice to build confidence and strength.
How much height will they add?
- Digilegs & Monster Legs: up to 18 inches (most gain 10–12 inches)
- Monster Feet: approx. 6–11 inches
What are Heavy Duty Digilegs?
- Double heel reinforcement
- Thicker steel calf bars
- Rated up to 350 lbs
Recommended for high-impact or extended performance use.
How much do the products weigh?
- Standard Digilegs: 12 kg
- Heavy Duty Digilegs: 13 kg
- Monster Legs: 13 kg
- Monster Feet: 4.2 kg
- Extended Arm X-tensions: 6.2 kg
- Arm X-tensions: 3.8 kg
- Mini Arm X-tensions: 2.6 kg

How do I maintain them?
- Check bolts are tight
- Ensure pins and circlips are secure
- Inspect rope assembly
- Check rubber tread
- Lubricate joints regularly
I ordered the wrong size. What now?
Refunds are not accepted. Modifications are available at customer expense (shipping, alterations, duties).
Are spare parts available?
Yes. All components are available individually.
