Returns & Refunds
Custom Manufactured Products
All Digilegs products are manufactured to the customer’s specifications, including selected sizing, height configuration, footwear size, suspension type, and optional upgrades. As each product is custom-built following receipt of an order, products cannot be returned simply because they are no longer wanted or required.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before manufacture has commenced by contacting info@digilegs.com.
Once manufacture has commenced, orders may not be cancelled and refunds will generally not be available due to the bespoke nature of the product.
Sizing Adjustments and Modifications
If an incorrect size has been ordered, we may be able to replace components or make modifications to achieve a suitable fit. Any costs associated with return shipping, replacement parts, labour, reassembly, taxes, customs charges, or re-shipping are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrect.
Where a manufacturing fault or defect is confirmed, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Custom-made or personalised products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
The standard 14-day cooling-off period does not generally apply to Digilegs products because they are manufactured to the customer’s specifications and are custom-built for the individual purchaser.
Customers wishing to enquire about cancellation or withdrawal rights should contact info@digilegs.com quoting their order number.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
