Shipping times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance for international orders:
- UK Mainland: Approximately 2 working days
- Europe: Approximately 3 working days
- United States: Approximately 3–5 working days
- Rest of World: Approximately 5–7 working days
International orders are shipped using reputable courier services such as UPS, DPD, or DHL. Please note that customs processing times are outside our control and may occasionally result in delays.
RETURNS
All Digilegs products are made to order and configured specifically to the customer’s selected measurements and options.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items once production has begun.
Please ensure all sizing information (including height, calf size, and shoe size) is correct at the time of ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to advise.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

User adjustments
All arm x-tensions are fully adjustable to suit all performers and uses. All models have adjustability to alter the total length of the unit as well as multiple different handle placement options, which allows the user to perform closer to the ground or in a more upright stance, as preferred.
